How do I add a new delivery address?

Payment Problems
I am having payment problems, what do I do?

Repair
Can I fix any of my jewellery?
We can fix the jewellery that is made of the metal that you can choose from on the repair page. We will also have a look at the photo sent to us and the description of what is wrong and what needs to be repaired and see if it is possible to fix it.
Where can I expect the quotation?

What is the cost of resizing?
The cost differs from :
- How many ring sizes bigger or smaller
- Metal of the ring
- Thickness of the ring
Can I (the client) resize my ring with you?
Yes you can. Go to our repair page and choose resize your ring and give the original as well as final size. You must also give us information about the product such as metal and a reason. Then a quotation will be sent to you and the process begins at the prove of payment
The ring will then be sent to us for the repair.
How can the client change the size of Cariaans products?
You can go to our repair page and choose ring sizing of our products and then fill in the name as well as the original size and final size (your size).

Shipping and Delivery
What happens if I missed delivery of my package?
If an order couldn't be delivered because our couriers were unable to reach you, or due to an incomplete or invalid address, we will try and contact you to arrange a second attempt at delivery.
If, after three attempts, we are still unable to successfully deliver your goods, we will return the parcel to our warehouse and process a refund to your original payment method. Please note that this might take up to 10 working days to reflect in your account.
Why is my order not delivered yet?
If you haven’t received your order just yet, it may mean it is still in transit to you, or there is a stock problem. For more information on the status of your order, get in touch with us.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is packed and leaves our Distribution centre you will receive an email with a tracking number to track your parcel. If you have not received the an e mail yet get in touch with us to sort out the problem.
